Our automated system ensures your messages are delivered exactly when they should be, with multiple safeguards to prevent mistakes.
1. Regular Check-ins
We send you friendly "Are you okay?" emails every 30-180 days (you choose). Simply click "I'm okay" to reset the timer.
2. Safety Grace Period
If you miss a check-in, we wait 3-30 days (you set this) and send urgent reminders before any activation begins.
3. Account Activation
Only after the grace period ends does your account activate, triggering the delivery of your messages according to your chosen schedule.
4. Secure Delivery
Recipients receive secure, encrypted access links via email. Each link is cryptographically signed and expires after 30 days for security. After expiration, recipients can request another secure link through the recipient portal.
